2 garlic cloves cut or pressed into smaller pieces
1 small leek cut into thin slices
3 small tomatoes cut into small pieces
Desired portion of green beans or broccoli
50gr of cream
Desired portion of basil
20gr of mealworm powder
Press or cut the garlic cloves into smaller pieces and add them to a warm fry pan with olive oil.
Add the leek cut into thin slices, the tomatoes also cut into small pieces and the green beans and/or broccoli. Let cook until all vegetables are at the desired consistency. Add the cream and let cook for one min. Add the portion of basil and let cook for one more min. At the end add the mealworm powder and let cook and rest for 2 min.
Serve with pasta or rice.
Note: the green beans and brocolli can also be replaced or added to any other vegetable at taste.
