200gr of water
15gr of fresh yeast
50gr of manitoba flour
50gr Ølands flour
50gr durum flour
25gr of mealworm flour
1tsp salt (aprox.)
In a big bowl, mix the water and the yeast until the yeast is completely dissolved. Add the flours and work the dough until it is fully mix and has an even consistency.
Let the dough raise for 1h in a warm environment.
Add a baking paper to a tray and form the balls. Let them rest for 10 min.
Warm the oven to 220 degrees warm ventilation
After raising the dough form the balls and let them raise for 15 min more place them in the oven decreasing the temperature to 200 degrees
Bake them for 20 min or until golden
Note: After forming the balls, it is possible to add raisins, walnuts, oats, seeds and any other ingredient for extra flavor and texture.
